Step into the shoes of a race car driver with our Indy 500 VR STEM project

As part of a STEM program, we recently completed an exciting virtual reality project in collaboration with the Indy 500. Our students had the unique opportunity to learn about the science and technology behind one of the most iconic racing events in the world.

Using VR technology, our students were able to explore the Indy 500 track and experience what it’s like to be a race car driver. They learned about the physics of racing, the engineering behind the cars, and the strategy that goes into preparing for a race.
